Cooking Instructions: 1. Bring one gallon of water to a boil. 2. (Optional) Add one tablespoon of salt to boiling water. 3. Remove gnocchi from the vacuum sealed package. 4. To cook al dente (al dente is an Italian term referencing firmly cooked pasta.), place gnocchi into boiling water & stir occasionally for 2 minutes. 5. Drain in a colander, do not rinse, serve immediately with your favorite sauce. Refrigerate after opening. Use the uncooked portion within 4 days.
