Enriched Rice (Niacin, Iron (Ferric Orthophosphate), Thiamin Mononitrate, Folic Acid), Sea Salt, Contain 2% or Less of: Dried Beef Bone Broth, Spices, Yeast Extract, Tomato Powder, Dehydrated Onions, Cane Sugar, Citric Acid, Granulated Garlic, Palm Oil, Sodium Aluminosilicate (Anti-Caking Agent), Celery Powder.
Directions
Stove Top Instructions: In a large saucepan with tight fitting lid, bring 3 cups (24 oz.) of water to a boil. Add 2 Tbsp. of butter (optional), then one package of Vigo Birria Rice, stirring while boiling for one minute. Cover saucepan tightly. Reduce heat to simmer, allow to cook for 20-25 minutes. Serve. This product makes its own gravy. For drier rice, use 2 cups of water.
