Refrigerate after opening. Paesana Francese is so easy to use and delicious, it should be part of every cook's pantry. Flour and egg fish, chicken or veal cutlets, saute in a pan until fully cooked, then drain. Add Paesana Francese to the pan for the last few minutes of cooking and simmer.
