Cooking Instructions: Bring 4-6 quarts of water to a boil. Add a generous pinch of salt to the water which will enhance the flavor of the pasta carefully add pasta to water. Stir gently. Return to a boil. Taste your pasta while cooking to achieve your desired texture. For al dente pasta, boil yellow pea spaghetti for 5-7 minutes. Remove from heat, rinse under water. Serve immediately.
