Cooking Directions. Bring 4 quarts of water to a boil. Add salt to taste. Add Zenb Pasta. Cook uncovered, stirring occasionally, until desired firmness - 8 minutes for a more al dente pasta and 10 minutes for a softer texture. Drain well and serve. Water may foam as a natural result of the cooking process for yellow peas.
