Zatarain's Wonderful Fish Fri delivers a tasty, coating to seafood or veggies. This all-corn, breading mix brings the rich traditions of Big Easy cooking straight to your family's table. Wonderful Fish Fri helps you create comfort food inspired by our Southern roots. To prepare, simply roll or shake fish in the seafood breading, then cook in the deep fryer, skillet or oven until golden brown on the outside and flaky in the middle. Dust the fish with the breading or moisten first in a milk-and-egg mixture for a heartier crust. For authentic New Orleans flavor, season the fish with Zatarain's Creole Seasoning before breading. Use Wonderful Fish Fri Seafood Breading for fish and chips, po'boys or fried shrimp.

Directions

BAKING DIRECTIONS: 1. BRUSH 1 lb. fish fillets on both sides with oil. Pour Fish-Fri onto plate. Roll fish in Fish-Fri until evenly coated. 2. PLACE fish on shallow baking pan sprayed with no stick cooking spray. Spray top of fish with cooking spray. 3. BAKE in preheated 450degF oven 15 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
