Organic Udon Simple to prepare.. Cook organic udon in rapid boiling water for 4 minutes (salt or oil not needed). Drain, then rinse well with cold water. Drain again. Hint: To reheat, briefly submerge in hot water. Chicken, carrot and spring onions are the start of a delicious stir-fry. Spinach, mushrooms and steak come together for a mouthwatering dish.
