Organic Onion, Organic Garlic, Sea Salt, Organic Lemon Peel, Organic Marjoram, Organic Tomato, Organic Black Pepper, Organic Coriander, Organic Sage, Organic Rice Concentrate, Organic Rosemary, Organic Dill Weed, Organic Lemon Essentials Oil.

Directions

You will need: 1lb. raw shrimp; 3-4 cups vegetables (we suggest 1 cup sliced red onion, 2-1/2 cups fresh green beans, 2 Tbsp. capers, 1/2 cup mixed olives, halved); 2 Tbsp. oil; 1/2 cup plain yogurt; 1/2 tsp. honey. Directions (Oven): 1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. 2. Reserve 2 tsp. Mediterranean Lemon Seasoning from packet for Lemon Herb Yogurt Sauce (see below). 3. In a bowl, toss shrimp and veggies with oil and seasoning. 4. Bake on sheet pan for 8 to 12 minutes, until shrimp is cooked through. 5. While shrimp is cooking, make sauce and refrigerate until ready to serve. Directions (Air Fryer). Cook seasoned shrimp and veggies in a 4-6 quart air fryer at 400 degrees for 6 to 10 minutes, per air fryer directions. Follow preparation and seasoning directions from Oven method. Make the Sauce: Mix 2 tsp. Mediterranean Lemon Seasoning with plain yogurt and honey. Drizzle sauce over meal.
