Directions (Oven). 1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. 2. Reserve 2 tsp. Mediterranean Lemon Seasoning from packet for Lemon Herb Yogurt Sauce (see below). 3. In a bowl, toss shrimp and veggies with oil and seasoning. 4. Bake on sheet pan for 8 to 12 minutes, until shrimp is cooked through. 5. While shrimp is cooking, make sauce and refrigerate until ready to serve. Directions (Air Fryer). Cook seasoned shrimp and veggies in a 4-6 quart air fryer at 400 degrees for 6 to 10 minutes, per air fryer directions. Follow preparation and seasoning directions from Oven method. Make the Sauce. Mix 2 tsp. Mediterranean Lemon Seasoning with plain yogurt and honey. Drizzle sauce over meal.
