Cooking Directions: bring 4 quarts of water to a boil. Add salt to taste. Add ZENB pasta. Cook uncovered, stirring occasionally, until desired firmness - 9 minutes for a more al dente pasta and 12 minutes for a softer texture. Drain well and serve.
