Directions
Medium Rice Noodles: Blue Dragon rice noodles are dried in individual portions for ease of use. To Prepare: Boil in water for 4-6 minutes, then stir fry in a bit of oil for 3-4 minutes. Perfect for Pad Thai or any stir fry dish! Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened store in an airtight container and consume within 1 month.
