Bake frozen chicken for 30-40 minutes or until internal temperature is 165 degrees F. Using instant read thermometer. Frying Pan: 1. Preheat skillet over medium heat using oil to prevent sticking. 2. Place frozen chicken in skillet cover pan and cook for 10 minutes. 3. Turn chicken over and cook for additional 10 minutes, or until minimum internal temperature is 165 degrees F. Using instant read thermometer. Appliances vary. Cooking times approximate. Adjust accordingly to ensure temperature reaches 165 degrees F. Keep frozen.
