Reduce heat to medium-low, cover and cook, until internal temperature reaches 170 degrees F, turning 3 to 4 times. Oven: 1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. 2. Place frozen chicken breasts in a foil-lined baking sheet. 3. Bake until internal temperature reaches 170 degrees F. Grill: 1. Spray grill with cooking spray. 2. Prepare grill so heat is medium-hot (If using charcoal grill, test temperature by holding your hand 6 inches above the grill rack. The fire is medium-hot if you can comfortably hold your hand for 4 to 6 seconds). 3. Grill frozen breasts, until meat thermometer inserted in center registers 170 degrees F. Keep frozen.
