Prep Ingredients: 2 Bunches (16 ozs) fresh greens. 1 lb smoked meat. Fill: A medium to large pot with 5 cups of water (40 oz). Next pour in 1 packet of Booker's greens seasoning mix and whisk well. Add:1 pound of your favorite smoked meat like ham hocks or turkey necks. Next add 16 ozs (2 Bunches) of washed and cut collard greens to the pot. Heat: On high until collard greens comes to a boil. Once collard greens have cooked down 1/2 way reduce the heat to a simmer, submerge all greens and cover with a lid. Cook 1 hour or until greens are tender to your likening.
