Pan Fry: Cooking Directions Skillet--Crumbled Apply a quick, one second spray of non-stick cooking spray to skillet. Preheat over medium-high heat for 30 seconds. Add sausage and separate into crumbles; cook and stir 5 to 6 minutes. Cook until turkey is well done, reaching 165 Degrees F as measured with a meter thermometer.
