Cooking Instructions: We recommend using a cooking thermometer. Sausage should always be cooked thoroughly to an internal temperature of at least 165 degrees F. Sausage should be cooked from a thawed state. Always use tongs when handling sausage links or patties. Griddle/Pan Frying: Links and Patties: Preheat griddle to 325-350 degrees F, or heat frying pan at medium heat. Place sausage directly on griddle or frying pan. Cook for approximately 8 min. Turn sausage often to brown thoroughly. Cook longer if necessary to full cook to 165 degrees. Skillet/Pan Frying Bulk/Ground and Roll/Chub Style: Heat large skillet over medium-high heat; add thawed sausage. Cook and crumble sausage until no longer pink and it is cooked thoroughly (about 8 to 10 minutes or longer if necessary to fully cook and brown): Or if a roll style Pork Sausage, you can slice or form into thin patties and cook per above instructions; drain off grease. Previously handled frozen for your protection, Refreeze or keep refrigerated. Safe Handling Instructions: This product was prepared from inspected and passed meat and/or poultry.
