Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard. Keep Frozen - Thawing Instructions: Remove from vacuum packaging. Thaw under refrigeration immediately before use. Cook thoroughly. Thawing Instructions: Remove fish from all packaging and place in a covered container in the refrigerator overnight. Cooking Instructions: Brush fillet with oil and season to taste. Cook until fish fakes easily when tested with a fork and internal cook temp aches 145 degrees F as measured by a food thermometer. Cook times will vary according to thickness of the fish. Cook from Thawed: Saute: 3-5 minutes per side, turning once. Grill or Broil: 3-5 minutes per side, turning once. Bake: Preheat oven to 425 degrees F for 7-10 minutes, turning once. Cook from Frozen: Saute: 4-6 minutes per side, turning once. Grill or Broil: 4-6 minutes per side, turning once. Bake: Preheat oven to 425 degrees F for 11-14 minutes, turning once.
