Cook from Thawed: Saute: 2-3 minutes per side, turning once. Grill or Broil: 2-3 minutes per side, turning once. Bake: Preheat oven to 425 degrees F for 8-10 minutes, turning once. Cook from Frozen: Saute: 4-5 minutes per side, turning once. Grill or Broil: 4-6 minutes per side, turning once. Bake: Preheat oven to 425 degrees F for 12-15 minutes, turning once.
