Stove top instruction: In a large saucepan with tight fitting lid, bring 2 ½ cups (20oz) of water to a boil. Add 2 Tbsp. of Olive Oil or butter (optional), then one package of Vigo Avocado Lime Rice, stirring while boiling for one minute. Cover saucepan tightly. Reduce heat to simmer, cook for 20-25 minutes. Serve.
