Air Frying Directions: 1. Moisten pork thoroughly with egg wash or cold water. 2. Firmly press pork into the Seasoned Coating Mix until completely coated. 3. Shake off excess coating and place pork in air fryer basket in a single layer. 4. Air fry pork at 400 degrees F for 10-15 minutes. (Note: Cooking times are based on a 1500 Watt Air Fryer. Please consult your manual for precise cooking times for your specific make and model). Flip pork halfway through cooking time and lightly spray with cooking spray. Pork should be golden brown and have an internal temperature of 145 degrees F. Enjoy! Coats up to 3 lbs. of pork. Oven Bake: Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Place a baking rack on top of a metal baking sheet. Lightly spray with cooking spray. Moisten pork with egg wash or ice cold water. Firmly press pork into mix and shake off excess. Bake pork in pan with raised rack for about 20-30 minutes until golden brown and internal temperature is 145 degrees F. Flip halfway through cook time. Enjoy!
