Microwave: Microwave** 1. Remove links from plastic pouch. 2. Place on microwavable plate and cover with a paper towel. 3. Heat in the center of the microwave. If refrigerated, cook links on high (100% power) for 40-45 seconds. If frozen, cook links on medium (50% power) for 45-90 seconds. Product will be hot! Uncover and remove with caution! Let cool one minute before eating. **Due to differences in appliances, heating times may vary. Microwave instructions are based on a 1,000 watt microwave. Pan Fry: Skillet 1. Remove links from plastic pouch. 2. Place links in a non-stick skillet (do not preheat skillet). 3. Heat skillet to med-high and cover. Heat thoroughly, 7-10 minutes, turning links halfway through heating. Product will be hot! Uncover and remove with caution! Let cool one minute before eating. Keep refrigerated.
