Easy Cooking: 1. Combine 1 cup rice, 1-1/2 cups cold water (if washed or drier rice is preferred, use 1/4 less water), and bring to hard boil. 2. Turn heat to lowest setting and cover with tight fitting lied. Do not stir, do not remove lid. Simmer 20 minutes. 3. Turn off heat - fluff with fork and serve. 4. Leftovers. There is no loss of flavor or taste, simply reheat in double boiler or microwave oven. 1 cup uncooked rice makes 3 cups cooked.
