Directions

To Prepare Ying's Light and Crispy Batter: 1 cup Ying's Light and Crispy Batter Mix; 2/3 cup ice cold water; 1 tablespoon vegetable oil. 1. Stir: Combine Ying's Batter Mix, water and oil, mix until batter is smooth. 2. Dip: Dip meat or vegetables completely into batter - ready to fry! 3. Fry: Heat 2-3 cups vegetable oil in wok or pot to about 365 degrees F. Deep-fry batter-coated meat or vegetables until golden brown. After opening store Ying's Light and Crispy Batter Mix in a cool dry place.
