What you’ll need: 1 lb (450 g) sliced chicken (also great with beef, lamp, seafood, tofu or vegetables); 1 Cup (190 g) mixed vegetables: Sliced carrots, diced onions, long beans; 2 Cups (380 g) jasmine rice. Cooking Instructions: (1) Heat one tablespoons of oil in a wok; (2) Add your choice of meat or seafood, cook until seared, than add vegetables and Stir-Fry for 2-3 minutes; (3) Pour sauce into wok and toss through; (4) Reduce heat to low & Stir-Fry for another 2-3 minutes, or until meat is fully cooked; (5) Serve with steamed jasmine rice. Store unopened in a cool, dry place.
