Our inaugural release of Star Hill Farm Whisky is the first of its kind, honoring our founder's vision of pushing flavor. Star Hill Farm heralds a series of firsts; the introduction of Maker's Mark's first-ever American wheat whisky, the unveiling of a new mashbill since the distillery's founding, and one of the first bands to raise awareness of regenerative agriculture. With two mashbills - one using 70% soft red winter wheat and 30% malted barley, and the other 100% malted soft red winter wheat, it creates a complete and complex whisky. The result is an amplified unique flavor that offers complete and complex depths of flavor. Bright notes of buttery caramel, toasted pecans and soft cinnamon come through with greater complexity, highlighting our signature soft red winter wheat. Founded in 1953 by Bill Samuels Sr., Maker's Mark was created to be a smooth, rich, and approachable bourbon.
