How To: 1. Brush on Water Removable Bond. 2. Place wisps underneath & clamp with tweezer. To Stack: 1. Brush Water Removable Bond on first wisp layer. 2. Stack second layer of wisps. To Remove**: Gently press a cotton pad soaked in warm water onto your lashes for 30 seconds. Good for 6 months once opened.
