Use as seasoning, marinade or dry rub. For Marinade. Marinade Instructions: Ingredients: 3 tbsp Dimply's Jerk Seasoning. 2 tbsp soy sauce. 1 tbsp cooking oil. 1 tbsp white vinegar. 2 lbs of your choice of protein. Method: 1. In a ziploc bag, combine all the ingredients. 2. Seal the bag and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to marinate. 3. About 5 minutes before cooking remove the protein from the marinade and discard any excess marinade. 4. Cook the protein by grilling, baking, boiling or sauteing until it reaches your desired temperature, following healthy cooking guidelines. For Rub: For Rub Instructions: Ingredients: 3 tbsp Dimply's Jerk Seasoning. 2 lbs of your choice of protein (chicken, beef, pork, etc.) Method: 1. Apply cooking oil to the protein. 2. Rub the Dimply's Jerk Seasoning evenly over the protein. 3. Refrigerate for at least 15 minutes to allow the flavors to set. 4. Remove from the refrigerator 5 minutes before grilling. 5 Grill according to healthy cooking guidelines.
