Always use distilled, micro-filtered (through 0.2 micron), commercially bottled, or previously boiled & cooled down water. Use at lukewarm or body temperature. Before each use, please inspect product for wear and tear. Do not share this product with others. Do not microwave bottle or saline in increments longer than 10 seconds to avoid overheating water, damaging device, or scalding nasal passages. Test the saline temperature prior to use to avoid scalding nasal passages. Always rinse nasal passages with Sinex Saline Nasal Rinse packets only. Do not use stick packs if torn or damaged. When using device, some solution may drain from your mouth. Do not swallow. Follow care and cleaning instructions with each use. Replace bottle every 3 months

1. Wash hands with soap and water. Inspect cap, tube, and bottle for wear and tear. If any discoloration, follow cleaning instructions. 2. Remove cap from bottle and fill clean bottle to fill line with distilled water. *You may warm the water in the bottle without the cap in a microwave in increments of 5-10 seconds. Times may vary. 3. Open a Sinex Saline Packet and pour contents into bottle. 4. To use vertically, attach tube to cap, then tighten cap on bottle securely. To use inverted, tighten cap on bottle without tube. 5. Attach and close nozzle. Gently shake bottle until packet contents have completely dissolved. 6. Open nozzle and adjust to preferred saline flow rate. 7. Lean over sink and tilt head down. Keeping mouth open, place open nozzle against nostril while continuing to breathe. Squeeze bottle gently until solution starts draining from opposite nostril. Repeat for other nostril. 8. Follow cleaning instructions after each use. Follow the cleaning instructions after each use: 1. Rinse cap, tube, & bottle with a continuous stream of purified water. 2. Fill bottle with purified water. Attach all components, close nozzle, and shake bottle vigorously. 3. Open nozzle and squeeze bottle to allow water to clean interior. Empty out bottle completely. Repeat steps 1-3 with 70% alcohol solution. Let bottle dry completely before next use. Use packets only with Sinex Saline Nasal Rinse Bottle (sold separately). 1. Fill bottle to line with distilled water. Open packet and pour contents in. Attach tube to cap, then cap to bottle. Shake until contents dissolve completely. 2. Twist nozzle open and adjust to preferred water flow. Lean over sink & place nozzle into one nostril. 3. Squeeze bottle until solution drains from opposite nostril. Repeat the process on the other side. Optional: To use bottle inverted, attach cap to bottle without tube. Safe for ages 2+
