Basmati Sella Rice.
Directions
Pre-Cooking: Soak rice for 90 minutes in warm water. Open Pan: (5 cups water 1 cup of rice). 1. Bring water and rice to a boil. 2. Drain excess water, cover and keep on slow fire for 5 min. 3. Remove from heat and allow it to standard covered for 5 minutes. Closed Pan: (2 cups of water 1 cup of rice). Bring water and rice to boil. 2. Cover pan with tight lid and let it simmer for 9-10 minutes 3. Remove from heat and allow it to stand covered for 5 minutes. Store in a cool and dry place.
