Directions

Carob Chip Cookie Recipe: Ingredients: 1 cup organic Almond flour (or sub GF flour), 1/2 cup Missy J’s Unsweetened Carob Chips, 1/2 cup allulose or sweetener of choice, 1/2 tsp. baking Soda, 1/4 tsp. salt, 2 tbsp. organic dairy free milk, 2 tbsp. melted Coconut Oil, butter or vegan butter, 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract. Instructions (Yield: 8-10): Step 1: Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Step 2: In a mixing bowl or standing mixer, add flour, sweetener of choice, baking soda & salt. Step 3: Add dairy free milk, coconut oil (or butter), and vanilla. Mix until well combined. If necessary add 1/2 tsps. of milk at a time until a dough forms. Step 4: Fold in Missy J’s Unsweetened Carob Chips. Step 5: Roll a heaping tbsp. of dough onto parchment paper roughly 2-3 inches apart. Refrigerate dough balls for 1/2 hour or freeze for 15 minutes. Step 6: Bake on the middle rack for 10-12 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Enjoy immediately or store at room temperature for up to 3 days, refrigerate for up to 5 days, or freeze for up to 3 months.
