Directions

Directions For Use: Pour both chambers into the cup (about 15-20 ml [1/4 cup]). Gently swish around your mouth for one minute, then spit out. For lasting fresh breath, use twice a day. Do not use more than twice a day. Whitening Mouthwash: Step 1 Remove cap(s). Step 2 Fill about 15-20 ml (1/4 of cap). Step 3 1 min rinse gargle & spit out.
