Our Master Distiller Lesley Gracie was captivated by a lush paradise of aromatic herbs and bright fruit. This was no mirage, HENDRICK'S Oasium was created, a curious oasis of exquisite flavor. Elevate your fruity and citrus cocktail repertoire with the utterly marvelous HENDRICK'S Oasium Gin Fizz. This inventive tipple delights the palate with the zesty notes of pink grapefruit and lime and should always be garnished with a refreshing slice of cucumber. The marvelously intriguing Cabinet of Curiosities is nestled in the laboratory of Master Distiller Ms. Lesley Gracie. It is here that she expresses her insatiable appetite for experimentation, leading to the invention of delicious new varietals that build upon the original HENDRICK'S recipe. Original HENDRICK'S GIN is created via an absurdly inefficient, yet quite glorious, process. In essence, to make one gin, we first create two. One is made on an old-fashioned pot still, yielding a rich and intricate spirit. The other is made on a long-necked Carter Head, producing a delicate, more refined spirit. Each still is infused with an unusual symphony of 11 botanicals. The gins from the two stills are then married together, and while the Original is famously graced with refreshing infusions of Rose and Cucumber, the latest invention from the Cabinet of Curiosities introduces its own unique and wonderful infusions for a completely new, yet distinctly HENDRICK'S, flavor profile. HENDRICK'S GIN is hand-crafted on the southwest coast of Scotland, in the decidedly un-ginnish town of Girvan. We produce tiny batches of only 500 lovely liters at a time, granting Ms. Lesley Gracie, our Master Distiller and the inventor of HENDRICK'S GIN, greater control over her careful artistry. The Gin Palace, the home of HENDRICK'S, hails from this tiny seaside village of Girvan in Ayrshire, southwest Scotland. The distillery lies just a mile inland and overlooks the mysterious volcanic island of Ailsa Craig.
