Cooking Suggestion: Pork carnitas. What’s Included: Sauce and spice & herb blend (see side of box). What you’ll Need: 2 to 2-1/2 lbs boneless pork roast, trimmed to fat, cut into 3 to 4 pieces. 1 cup water. Cooking Directions: 1. Add sauce and water into 4- to 5-quart baking dish/port; stir to combine. Add pork; sprinkle with seasonings. 2. Cover; cook as directed below. Oven: 300 degrees F. 2-1/4 - 3 hours. Slow Cooker: High 5 - 6 hours or low 9 - 10 hours. Pressure Cooker: High/meat setting. 70 minutes. Vent. 3. Transfer cooked pork to cutting board. Strain sauce and discard bay leaves. Shred pork with forks. Return pork to dish with juices; stir to combine. For food safety and quality, follow the cooking directions. Great with pork. Complete the Meal: Pair with rice, beans and veggies or put in a taco. For an added kick, squeeze lime and sprinkle cilantro. Refrigerate leftovers.
