Al Pastor Tacos (makes 6-8 tacos). What you will need: 1 lb. Pork stew meat (or ground turkey/beef); Lime wedges. 1 pkg. La Preferida Al Pastor Taco Seasoning; Chopped cilantro. 2 tbsp La Preferida Olive oil; Chopped onion. 2/3 cup Water, corn tortillas; La Preferida Salsa Verde. To Make Filling: In a large skillet, heat oil, thoroughly cook meat. For more flavor allow meat to brown. Stir in al pastor taco seasoning and mix well for about 30 seconds. Add water and bring to a simmer. Reduce heat, cook for 1 minute. To Make Tacos: Serve on a warm tortilla. Top with cilantro, onion, salsa verde and a squeeze of lime. Try with seafood, shrimp Tacos Al Pastor!
