Cook thoroughly. Microwaveable ready in 8 minutes!** Cooking Instructions: For food safety, follow these cooking instructions. Cook thoroughly to an internal temperature of 165 degrees F as measured by a food thermometer. Cooking appliances vary in power; adjust cooking times as necessary. These instructions are guidelines only. ** Microwave: Do not pierce or open the bag. Place this side up in the microwave. Microwave on high. For lower wattage oven (1100 wor less), cook on high for 7 minutes or until the product reaches 165 degreed F. For high wattage ovens (greater than 1100 w), cook on high for 5 minutes. During cooking, the bag will slowly inflate as the steam forms. A whistling sound may be heard as the steam escapes through the vent in the bag. After cooking, remove the bag from the microwave and let stand 1 minute. Carefully open the bag and pour vegetables from the bag. Serve and enjoy! Stove Top: Bring 1/3 cup of water to a boil in 2-quart sauce pan. Add contents of bag and return to boil. Reduce heat to medium, cover and boil gently for 8-9 minutes or until tender. Stir once during cooking time. Season to taste and serve. Caution: Product will be hot. Perishable | Keep frozen.
