Cooking instructions: Rinse farro before cooking. Bring 2 cups of water, 1 cup farro and 1 teaspoon of salt to a boil. Reduce to simmer and cover. Cook for about 25 minutes until water is absorbed. Farro 1 part. Water 2 parts. Store in a cool dry place.
