Cooking Instructions: Makes about 2-1/2 cups. Boil: Bring 3 cups water or broth to boil in a medium pot. Cook: Add 1 cup lentils. Boil over medium heat for 5 minutes. Remove from heat. Finish: Cover and let stand for 5-10 minutes (depending on desired texture). Drain, as needed.
