Cooking Instructions: 1. Boil: Bring 3 cups water or broth to boil in medium pot. 2. Cook: Stir in 1 cup mung beans. Boil over medium heat 5 minutes. 3. Finish: Remove from heat. Cover and let stand 5 to 10 minutes, depending on desired texture. Drain, as needed. Makes about 3 cups. Do not eat raw. Fully cook before eating.
