Directions

Cooking instructions: Quinoa 1 part. Water 2 parts. Rinse quinoa before cooking. Bring 2 cups of water, 1 cup quinoa to a boil. Reduce to simmer and cover. Cook for about 15 minutes until water is absorbed. If using a rice cooker, treat like rice (2 parts water, 1 part quinoa). Store in a cool dry place.
