Instructions: Instant Pot: 1. Cut 1.5 lb stew beef or chuck roast into 1-inch cubes and coat with 2 tbsp flour. 2. Add beef, Kinder's seasoning, 1 tbsp tomato paste, 1 cup beef stock (or water), and 4 cups chopped vegetables (potatoes, carrots) to Instant Pot. 3. Cook on high pressure for 40 minutes, release pressure and cool 10 minutes. Instructions: Slow Cooker: 1. Cut 1.5 lb stew beef or chuck roast into 1-inch cubes and coat with 2 tbsp flour. 2. Add beef, Kinder's seasoning, 1 tbsp tomato paste, 1.5 cup beef stock (or water), and 4 cups chopped vegetables (potatoes, carrots) to slow cooker. 3. Cook on low for 8 hours. Great for instant pot and slow cookies. Store in a cool, dry place.
