Helpful Hints: 1. Read instructions before starting. 2. Hard boil clean white eggs in enamel, stainless steel or glass pan. (do not use aluminum or iron). 3. Use cardboard egg carton to dry extra eggs. Note: if you store colored eggs in the refrigerator the egg dyes will become wet again and may stain. Please use care. 4. To use this box as a drying tray, punch out the perforated disks on the back panel and reinforce the corners of the box with tape. 5. Cover your work surface with newspaper. To use natural egg dyes: 1. For best results, color your eggs while they're still warm. 2. Fill 4 cups with 5 oz. of warm water each. (just enough to cover the egg.) pour one packet of natural egg dye powder into each cup. Note: use a small cup - using more than 5 oz. of water in a cup will make less colorful eggs. 3. Bend dipper and lower egg into cup for 5-10 minutes. Note: the longer the egg is left in the coloring bath, the more colorful the egg will become, 4. Set egg onto drying tray to dry. Assembling egg thrones: note: there are 6 egg thrones inside, each one contains written setup instructions for easy assembly. Using the head pieces: 1. Head pieces are peel-and-stick for ease of use. 2. Simply peel the desired head piece from the backing 3. Fold the bottom "tab" and apply to the upper portion of your colored easter egg. Simple marker faces: 1. Using the marker inside, draw simplified faces to match the animal you want to create. 2. Use the images on the front of this box for a guide. Or, be creative and design your own owl, bunny, deer or lamb! Traditional egg stands: separate egg stands and lock ends together as shown. Use tape if needed.
