Directions

Freezing: Freeze prior to use. Place on top of pre-chilled food. Heating: boil water and remove from heat. Place bag in hot water for 3 minutes. Allow cooling prior to reheating. Microwave: Place in a microwavable container and cover completely with water. Heat at full power for 30 seconds (time based on 900 watt microwave). If additional heating is required, heat in 15 seconds intervals.
