COOKING INSTRUCTIONS FROM FROZEN: CONVENTIONAL OVEN: Place rack in center of oven. Preheat to 400°F. Place frozen fillets in a single layer on a shallow, foil-lined baking pan. Bake for 19 to 22 minutes. AIR FRYER: Preheat air fryer to 375°F for 1 minute. Place fish in a single layer and air fry for 10-13 minutes. Let stand for 2 minutes before serving. Special Instructions: This is a guideline – Reference Air Fryer Instruction Manual. NOTE: Since appliances vary, be sure to cook to a minimum temperature of 155°F before enjoying!
