Cooking Instructions: 1. Bring 6-8 cups of water to boil. Add drained and rinsed beans (2 1/2 cups) to the boiling water and reduce heat to simmer. 2. Simmer gently and cover with lid until desired tenderness is reached, about 20 - 30 minutes. 1 serving = 1/2 cup cooked. Difference in altitude, hardness of water and product moisture may change the suggested cook time. Beans are an agricultural product.
