Ingredients You Need: 4 oz. boneless, skinless chicken, cubed. 1/2 cup cut-up vegetables. 1 tbsp. vegetable oil. Directions: 1. Cook rice noodles in boiling water 4 minutes. Drain noodles. 2. Meanwhile, stir-fry chicken and vegetable in hot in nonstick skillet over medium-high heat for 3 minute, or until chicken is cooked. 3. Reduce heat and stir in sauce. 4. Serve over hot cooked noodles.
