Directions

Directions: 1. Soak – submerge the plank in water. 2. Prep – pre-heat your charcoal or gas grill to medium heat. Place seasoned food directly on the plank. 3. Smoke – place plank directly on the grill. Close lid and cook until done. No turning or flipping necessary. *have a spray water bottle handy for occasional flare-ups. 4.
