The fruit is the real star in this wine, which is crafted to balance fresh fruit and acidity. This wine is fermented in stainless steel tanks with a controlled 14 – 21 day fermentation process. We’ve made the wine to be complex enough to hold an experienced consumer’s interest, but approachable for all consumers. TopBox Sauvignon Blanc white wine has notes of fresh citrus, tropical fruits and grapefruit and is best served chilled.
