Out last new neutrals all day lip color gives you beautiful color that can last as long as 24 hours. (1) Apply color to clean lips. (2) Let dry 60 seconds, don't press lips together. (3) Apply moisturizing top coat for shine and comfort. Use as a lip balm to refresh throughout the day. To remove outlast, use Covergirl clean make up remover for eyes and lips or baby oil.
