Cooking Instructions: Thaw before cooking. Easy Peel Packaging: Separate film at corner and peel back to open. Cook to minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees F (74 degrees C). For best results, follow the directions below. BBQ - Cook on medium heat for 11 to 13 minutes. Turn once or twice. Frying Pan - Cook on medium heat in non-stick pan for 13 to 15 minutes. Turn occasionally. Oven - Cook on foil-lined baking sheet, sprayed with cooking spray. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C). Cook for 21 to 25 minutes. Turn once or twice.
