Milagro Anejo is a 100% blue agave tequila which is aged in American oak barrels for 14 months. The aging results in a smooth, refined, and still agave-forward taste. This careful maturation layers bright agave notes with hints of caramel and vanilla for a complex sipping experience. Our tequila is crafted using the finest 100% blue agave sourced from the Jalisco Highlands, where the sweetest, most aromatic agave is cultivated. To unlock every nuance of this precious flavor, the pnas are slow-roasted for 36 hours in traditional brick ovens. The extracted juice is then fermented and distilled twice: first, in a pot still to capture the fresh, mouthwatering agave flavors, and second, in a column still to impart an exquisitely smooth finish. Milagro Anejo is aged for 14 months in American oak to develop deep complexity and sophisticated notes of stone fruit and butterscotch, while retaining its signature, bright agave-forward character.
