Cook for 7-8 minutes on each side until it reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees F. Grill: 1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat. 2. Cook the patties on the grill for 8-9 minutes on each side until it reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees F. Chef Recommended: Put The OG patty on a potato bun, a bed of lettuce and pickles, top with sharp cheddar cheese, tomato, sauteed onions, ketchup, mustard, and thousand island dressing. Perishable.
